Your Daily Quiet Time Alone With GOD (TAWG) is by far the greatest source of HEALING: Spiritually, Emotionally, and Physically. Here is a Model to help you have a DEEP, INTIMATE TAWG

A  ADORATION
C CONFESSION
T THANKSGIVING
S SCRIPTURE, STUDY, SUPPLICATION

Begin with ADORING GOD. Praise HIM for how AWESOME HE IS. Let your mind be filled with HIS AWESOMENESS. Adoration naturally leads to Confession. CONFESS to GOD where you have fallen short. It's OK GOD already knows. This is just opening up the door to Intimacy. Tell your HEAVENLY FATHER where you fallen short. Thanksgiving, before asking GOD for something THANK HIM for what HE has already been doing in your life and what HE WILL DO (by faith). Cover your circumstances with Thankfulness. And finally, STUDY a passage of SCRIPTURE, praying that the HOLY SPIRIT makes the passage come alive, and SUPPLICATE; ask GOD what you need; and listen to what the HOLY SPIRIT tells you. Listen for thought that brings the "peace that surpasses all understanding"

  • On your way to work

  • While working out

  • On a morning or evening walk

  • As you get ready for work in the morning

  • During a study break

  • And during your morning or evening Quiet Times ENJOY!
